Information from Campus IT to the students:

On 16.07.2024, the passwords of all CIT accounts will be reset due to the IT security incident at Frankfurt UAS on 06.07.2024. From 17.07.2024, students will have the option of having a new activation code sent to them. The activation code will be sent to the private email address provided during enrollment. The activation code can then be used to set a new password.

In addition, some central services will be accessible again from 17.07.2024 - still partially restricted. Further information and instructions on how to set the new password will follow on the website and on the social media channels on 17.07.2024.

General information

For examinations with a submission deadline of 08.07.2024, the deadline is extended to 09.07.2024.

The following delivery options are available:

  • Submissions in Department 4 can only be made in paper form in Building 2, 2nd floor.

Please be sure to include the following information in both the subject line and the body text of the e-mail:

  • Name of examiner
  • Study program
  • Module
  • First and last name student
  • Matriculation number

The CampUAS is not available until further notice.

Alternatively, how do you receive lecture materials: We use numerous internal systems to distribute the teaching materials; your lecturers will provide you with more detailed information in the face-to-face lectures. Lecture materials can only be accessed via the university network. The canteen is open daily as a place of learning, from where you can access the teaching materials provided internally.

Students of Faculty 1: To register/deregister for degree programs at Faculty 1, please visit the Registrar's Office in person between 08:00 and 15:00. Printed registration forms are also available here for registration and direct deposit in the mailbox of the Examinations Office.

Students of Faculty 2: To register/deregister for examinations in the degree programs of Faculty 2, please go to the relevant examination office.

The print literature of the Frankfurt UAS library can still be used on site. Borrowing and returning books is possible again. This is possible Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and only if the account has not been debited with overdue fees .Unfortunately, the payment machine is not yet working.

E-books, e-journals and databases cannot currently be used. Remote access from home does not work either.

Students and lecturers have the opportunity to use the university library at Goethe University. Here you can borrow printed literature and use the Goethe University's electronic literature. Both require prior registration and the creation of a library card. Please note that you can only access online literature licensed by Goethe University. Remote access from home is also not possible. However, you can use the e-literature on site at Goethe University.

If you are on the private Internet, you can access the catalog search at https://hds.hebis.de/fuas. The library account can also be accessed via this.

Please note that you will also not be able to log into eduroam on the Goethe University campus with your log-in.

From Tuesday, we will have one elevator "open" in each building with an elevator - secured by a member of staff - from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. This means that students with disabilities can also attend seminars and examinations.

Faculty 3, Business Administration and International Business Administration: The registration deadline will be extended. Specific information will be provided as soon as this is possible.

Currently, Study Chips can neither be produced nor validated. We will inform you on this page when this is possible again. If you have lost your Study Chip, please contact your examination office to find out how you can identify yourself for examinations.

For an RMV transition ticket, please come to the Student Office. If you have received a fine, please contact the AStA(semtic@asta-fra-uas.de). Please enclose the RMV transition ticket and a screenshot of the receipt of the fine. If you need the Deutschlandticket, please also contact the AStA and ask for a chip card to be issued.

You can transfer the semester fee for the winter semester 2024/25 to the university's account, but re-registration will be delayed until the relevant systems are working again.
